Regulatory compliance statement

As a registered Australian Charity with Donatable Gift recipient status and also as an incorporated association in Victoria, the VTA Foundation complies with all the regulatory requirements of Consumer Affairs Victoria, The Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission (ACNC) and the Australian Tax Office. Our Annual Reports and Financial Statements are available through ACNC or from our Foundation secretariat upon request (Foundation@victennisacademy.com.au.)

In addition we complete the annual ACNC self evaluation program to ensure that we can update our compliance requirements if required.
All documentation is available on request to the Foundation secretariat (Foundation@victennisacademy.com.au.).
